Davis Graham & Stubbs LLP has decades of experience defending clients in a broad range of product liability, wrongful death, consumer fraud, and negligence claims. Our attorneys are leaders in the field, and have enjoyed wide-ranging success in courtroom trials, motion practice, and serving as national trial and discovery counsel for product manufacturers. Whether handling a single serious claim or complex multi-party, multi-district litigation, we aggressively defend our clients.

The DGS Product Liability Litigation practice was honored with a first-tier, national ranking from U.S. News and Best Lawyers® when the firm was named among the 2020 “Best Law Firms” by publisher Woodward/White, Inc. Since that time, the team and its attorneys have received numerous other state and nationwide recognitions throughout the years. DGS partner Miko Brown was recognized by The Best Lawyers in America, Product Liability Litigation – Defendants, 2020.

In the drug and medical devices area, we have defended cases involving, among many other products, opioids, DES, DPT, and Influenza vaccines, a rabies vaccine, heart-bypass equipment, diet drugs, antidepressants, hormone replacement therapy, and artificial heart valves. We have also defended food and dietary supplement manufacturers.

Similarly, we have handled products liability cases on behalf of companies in many manufacturing sectors, including aircraft parts, chemicals and paints, automobiles, railroad equipment, farm equipment, mining and construction equipment, steel fabrication, recreational equipment, electronic controllers, consumer products, and others. We also have long-term client relationships with a number of automobile and component parts manufacturers.

Our products liability attorneys’ success comes from not only our extensive experience defending these claims nationwide, but also from our ability to tailor our work to our clients’ needs. During the course of our representation, we advise and counsel clients about the risks, costs, and benefits of trial as compared to resolution through settlement, without ever losing sight that our clients’ reputations and the integrity of their products are the most valuable assets and while being ready, willing, and able trial lawyers.

Our ability to start cases with lead trial lawyers who are hands-on in case management, in conjunction with our extensive experience and attention to client needs, provides us with the knowledge and resources to manage lawsuits in a cost-efficient manner. Furthermore, our familiarity and working relationships with numerous experts provides convenient access to the technical knowledge critical in the defense of our cases.

Put simply, DGS has the best trial attorneys to defend its clients’ interests and products in Colorado and throughout the nation.
