Case Study: Ski Resort

A potential purchaser of a Colorado ski resort was faced with a dilemma:  the resort’s sole source of water for snow-making operations was also home to a rare snail.  We intervened on the purchaser’s behalf to successfully resolve the conflict and permit the purchaser to continue the resort’s operations.
