Case Study: Ongoing Litigation
Bureau of Land Management offices in Wyoming and Montana recently approved land management plans to provide for the drilling of tens of thousands of oil and gas wells. An environmental group challenged those decisions on grounds that include that they do not adequately protect sage grouse and prairie dogs. We are defending oil and gas company clients in those matters in litigation pending before federal courts in Wyoming and Montana. American Lands Alliance v.
