We defended a company against allegations by EPA that it illegally stored large volumes of hazardous wastes without a permit in a location near the city’s public school.  We negotiated a civil settlement with EPA that included a Supplemental Environmental Project to provide funds for a new fire truck to replace the city’s 24-year old fire truck.
