Case Study: Citizen Suit Prosecution

We filed a RCRA citizen suit in federal court on behalf of Bank One, N.A. against several defendants seeking to compel several operators of a dry cleaning facility to clean up both soil and groundwater contamination resulting from the release of the dry cleaning solvent perchloroethylene at a dry cleaning facility.  Two of the defendants have settled and the case is now set for trial against the remaining two defendants.
