Wallis S. Stromberg engages in a diverse health law practice, including the representation of physicians, hospitals, provider networks and other health care providers. He has advised clients in the organization of group practices and provider networks, the structuring of LLC’s and joint ventures, and the sale and acquisition of businesses and health care facilities. Mr. Stromberg has represented physicians and hospitals in their contracting, including employment agreements, recruitment agreements, leases, vendor contracts and managed care agreements. Mr. Stromberg regularly advises clients regarding compliance with Medicare Fraud and Abuse and Stark laws, antitrust concerns, and exempt organization issues.
