Bio Sketch

Laura J. Riese has broad experience in environmental matters, including management and liability issues pertaining to CERCLA sites, hazardous and solid waste storage and disposal, Clean Water Act issues, Brownfields transactions, and underground storage tanks.  As part of her diverse practice, she has supervised environmental compliance audits at industrial facilities located throughout the United States, represented clients in court and administrative proceedings, and litigated a number of toxic tort, CERCLA actions, and citizen's suits in federal court under the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act and the Clean Water Act.
