Bio Sketch

Robert Rich was a United States National Reporter to the International Fiscal Association, reporting in 1978 on the taxation of extractive industries, and reporting in 1986 on the taxation of inbound and outbound transfers.  He was appointed by former Governor Lamm to the International Trade Advisory Council of the State of Colorado; he was a member of the Rocky Mountain District Export Council of the U.S. Department of Commerce; he was a member of the Tax Advisory Group of United States Senator Hank Brown; and he has been listed in The Best Lawyers in America, both as a tax lawyer and as a corporate/international lawyer, and in the Guide to the World's Leading Tax Lawyers.
