Larry Nemirow’s areas of expertise include tax aspects of mergers and acquisitions, foreign income taxation, natural resources taxation, partnership taxation, executive compensation and tax exempt organizations. He is past chair of the Executive Council of the Colorado Bar Association Section of Taxation.
