Lamont Larsen’s practice focuses primarily on transactional matters for the oil and gas industry. He has experience in the negotiation and drafting of purchase and sale agreements, exploration agreements, farm-outs, and various other agreements pertaining to the exploration and production of oil and gas. He also has extensive experience conducting oil and gas title examinations and in preparing all forms of title opinions.
