Nick Langefels is an associate in the firm’s corporate and securities group. His practice consists of general business and corporate law matters as well as debt financing and private equity transactions. Prior to joining the firm he practiced for Jacobs Chase and Gouger, Franzmann & Hooke, LLC. Nick received a B.S. in Finance and Marketing from the University of Colorado at Boulder. Prior to law school he worked as a marketing analyst for Sterling Rice Group in Boulder, Colorado. He is also a member of the American, Colorado, and Denver Bar Associations.
