Dale Harris has a broad commercial litigation practice, representing clients in complex business and commercial trials and appeals, including antitrust and trade regulation, securities law, business torts, fraud, breach of contract, dealer terminations, and other business and commercial issues. He advises clients on issues involved in pricing, marketing and distribution practices, mergers and acquisitions, and joint ventures. Mr. Harris also is an experienced mediator and arbitrator of business and commercial disputes and lawsuits.
