Bio Sketch

Jon Bergman represents a variety of clients in complex commercial litigation, including disputes involving the construction, securities, oil and gas and other business industries.  His practice includes the representation of broker-dealers, financial advisors, officers and directors, contractors and other businesses in matters involving the defense and prosecution of claims for breach of contract, fraud, misrepresentation, breach of fiduciary duty and other business torts.  He also has extensive experience representing clients in alternative dispute resolution, including NASD arbitrations.
