Our client service philosophy emphasizes experienced lawyer attention to client needs, and our ratio of partners to associates reflects that approach. Unlike many firms that employ two or three associates for every partner for “leverage,” DGS partners outnumber the firm’s associates, resulting in a partner/associate ratio that approaches 1.2 to 1. We believe that this senior-level attention, combined with judicious use of associates and paralegals, result in providing our clients with superior legal services at lower costs.
